Balewadi 16 Reality Llp is based over in Baner, Pune. Our office is number one in the Atria building. It’s located at Survey Number 182/1/1. If you are driving around Baner, we are quite close to the Shivsagar Hotel. That’s usually the landmark we give people because everyone knows it. The area is really developing fast, with new buildings popping up every month, but we are settled in our little corner of Atria. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially in the evenings when the traffic on the main road picks up. Inside the office, it’s pretty quiet. We have a few desks and a place to sit and have a tea while we talk about work. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group handling reality projects and keeping track of all the details. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their property needs and try to be as helpful as possible when they have questions. The office is our base where we plan everything out. We like being in Baner because it keeps us right in the middle of all the action. Most days we are here from morning until late evening, just getting through the pile of work.
