We’ve been set up over here at Pallazzo in the Undri area for a while now. Most people know this spot near S No 4/4 in Pune. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our mornings just getting the team together before heading out to various sites around Haveli. Building things is what we do every day. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially during the heavy rains, but we just keep going. Our office is pretty straightforward, nothing fancy, just a place to keep the paperwork and tools sorted. People stop by to talk about their projects or just to ask questions about how we handle the construction side of things. We usually have a lot of stuff happening at once. It’s not always quiet around here. We try to keep things organized, but on big project days, it gets a bit hectic. That’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with bricks and mortar. We’ve seen Pune change a lot from this office. The roads get busier every year. My desk is usually covered in drawings and site notes. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the job at hand. If someone needs a wall built or a structure checked, they come find us here. It’s a practical business. We’ve stayed in this local spot because it’s close to the work we do. It makes sense for us to be right where the action is.
