Badhti Motor Driving School

We've been teaching people how to drive here near the Deccan Bus Stop for quite some time now. It’s a busy area in Pune, so it’s a good place to learn how to handle real traffic. Most folks who come to us are a bit nervous at first, which is totally normal. We just sit in the passenger seat and talk them through it. We have a couple of cars that we keep running, nothing fancy but they do the job. The roads around Deccan Gymkhana can get pretty packed during rush hour, so we try to pick times that work for the student’s schedule. Sometimes the gears grind or the engine stalls, but that's how you learn. We aren't a big fancy operation with a lobby or anything like that. It's just us and the cars. People find us because they live nearby or they see our sign while waiting for the bus. We handle the paperwork for the license too, which saves a lot of headaches at the RTO office. It takes a few weeks to get through the whole process. We just want people to feel okay behind the wheel so they don't get into trouble on the road. It’s honest work. We show up every morning, check the oil, and wait for the first student to arrive. Sometimes it rains and we have to be extra careful. It’s just how it goes in this business. We enjoy the work.
