B. U. BHANDARI BUILDCON LLP

We are located over on Lakaki Road, right near Kedarnath in Pune. The office is in the Sapphira building, up on the third floor in flat 301. B. U. Bhandari Buildcon LLP has been around this part of the city for a good while. Pune is growing so fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the construction side of things. It’s busy here. Most of the time we are looking over plans or talking to contractors about the next steps for a site. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular office where we get things done. We deal with a lot of local building projects. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just out walking through the dust on a site. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our spot on Lakaki Road. The traffic has gotten worse but we still like being central. We don't really do big advertisements. People usually know where we are if they live in the area. It’s a straightforward business. We manage the builds and make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and we have to fix that. That's just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just staying busy with the work we have in front of us today. Our staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything around here.
