B S Engineering Works

Down at 24 Bhosari, you will find our small shop, B S Engineering Works. It is not a huge place by any means, but we have enough room to get the jobs done. We have been set up in this spot for a long time now. Bhosari is a busy industrial patch, so there is always something going on or some noise in the background. We mainly focus on engineering repairs and making parts that people need for their machinery. It is honest work, though it can get pretty loud and hot inside the shop during the summer months. We usually start early, around seven, to beat the heat and get a head start on the work we have to do. Most of our customers are local folks from around the area who have known us for years. They just drop by when something breaks or they need a specific piece of metal worked on. We do not have a big reception area or a desk with a secretary. You just walk right in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. Sometimes we are a bit behind schedule because some jobs take longer than they look at first, but we always finish what we started. The tools we use are old but they still work just fine for what we need. It is just me and a couple of other guys handling the lathe and the drills most days. We don't talk much while we are working, just focus on the task. It is a simple life here at the works, and we are used to the grit and the grease.
