B. L. Kashyap & Sons Ltd.

We are based out of the Rajiv Gandhi Info Tech Park, specifically in Phase -2 over in Hinjawadi. This is the B. L. Kashyap & Sons Ltd. office for this side of town. It’s a very modern area with all the IT buildings around, but our day-to-day is pretty much the same as any other construction-focused business. We deal with a lot of logs, schedules, and site reports. The Hinjawadi traffic is something we talk about almost every morning while we’re getting the first round of chai. Even though we’re in a big tech park, our office feels more like a place where real work happens rather than a corporate suite. We have desks piled with papers and rolls of drawings everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. We don't really have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, check what needs to be done on the current projects, and try to keep everyone on the same page. It gets pretty busy around here when a big phase is starting up. We’ve been in this industry for a long time, so we don’t get too stressed when things don’t go exactly to plan. We just find a way to fix it and move on. It’s a solid place to work and the people here are good at what they do without needing to brag.
