You can find us at Avyan Multicon Private Limited over in Nigdi. Our office is unit C/3 in the Runal Florence building, which is located in Sector 21 on Plot No. 19. It’s part of the Pcntda area, so it’s fairly well-planned compared to some other spots nearby. We handle a variety of construction and multi-contracting work. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and catalogs lying around everywhere. We don't really mind, though, as long as we know where everything is. Our team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done without having to say much. Living and working in Nigdi is quite convenient because most things we need are close by. We don't really go for the corporate look. You won't see us in suits; we're usually in whatever is practical for visiting a dusty site. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We just take each day as it comes. People in the sector know us as the guys in Runal Florence who do building work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs doing and try to find the most sensible way to do it. It’s just how we run things here in Sector 21.
