AVISHKAR STRUCTURES LLP

AVISHKAR STRUCTURES LLP is located up on the seventh floor of Swastik Ganga, in flat C 701 and 702. We’re in the Ghorpadi area, and the view from the office is pretty good, though we usually have our heads down looking at plans. We focus on the structural side of things, making sure buildings are solid and safe. Working out of a residential-style building gives us a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere compared to those big glass towers in the city. We’ve got our desks cluttered with drawings and technical manuals. It’s a lot of math and double-checking everything. Ghorpadi is a nice spot for us because it’s central enough but not completely chaotic. We have a small group here, and we’ve known each other for a long time, so the work flows pretty well most days. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just let our work at the sites speak for itself. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow and that can be a pain when we’re in a hurry to get to a site, but we’ve learned to leave a few minutes early. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to build things that will last for a long time. There's always a bit of a mess with all the blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the work steady.
