Our office is at Flat No. E/903 in the Viva Hallmark building. We are located in the 411021 area of Pune, specifically around S No. 331/1 to 9. Avior Resorts And Camps Private Limited is basically a small team that likes the outdoors and travel. We don't spend all our time in the office, but when we are here, we are busy planning out how the resorts and camps should run. Pune has grown so much, and our location is part of that new expansion. It’s a quiet enough spot to get work done without too many distractions. We aren't a massive travel agency with thousands of employees. It is just a few of us making sure the logistics for the camps and resorts are sorted out. We deal with a lot of different sites and bookings. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of the business. We try to keep things simple. If someone asks what we do, we just say we manage places for people to stay. We don't have a polished presentation or a corporate script. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it’s just a group of people who know how to set things up properly. The weather in Pune usually stays nice, which helps when you’re thinking about resorts. We just keep working away at our desks in Viva Hallmark until the job is finished.
