We've been working out of the Soba Savera building in Bibvewadi for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at office four and five in the D wing. It's right across from the Bibve school. People usually find us easily because of the school landmark. We handle buildtech stuff, mostly dealing with the daily grind of construction and technical work. It’s a busy spot here in this part of Pune. There’s always something happening around the office, and we’re usually tied up with projects or paperwork. It isn't a fancy setup, just a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the traffic outside near the school gets a bit much during the afternoons, but we’re used to it. The team here just focuses on what needs to be built. We don't really do the big fancy presentations. Instead, we spend our time looking at plans or out at sites. It's been a steady journey since we set up AVIOR MERILIN BUILDTECH LLP. Most of the people working here are local, so we know the area pretty well. We’re just regular folks who know how to put things together. If you're coming by, look for the D wing entrance. We've got two units there so there's enough room for the desks and the files that seem to pile up. It's a straightforward operation. We just show up every day and do the work that's expected of us.
