Our office is located in Wing C-101 of Orchid Tower. It’s right on the Baner Mhalunge Road in Pune. This part of town has really grown lately, and we’ve been right here in the middle of it. We are a small team that handles building and construction projects. Being on the first floor of the tower makes it easy for people to drop in. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Mostly, it’s just computers, stacks of files, and some samples of tiles or paint scattered around. Pune is a busy place, and the Baner area is even busier these days. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough materials on site. It’s a lot of juggling, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We don't try to sound like we're bigger than we are. It’s just a private company doing its thing. The office is our base camp where we figure out the next steps for our builds. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the finish line and the deadline is looming. It’s just the way it goes in this industry. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the local landscape since we started. The traffic on Mhalunge Road can be a nightmare, but we’re here every morning anyway. It's just plain work for us, nothing more.
