AVENTINE BUILDCON LLP

We set up shop over in Navi Peth a while back. Our office is at 9/1 Rambag Colony, which is a pretty quiet part of Pune compared to the main roads. We do construction work, mostly focusing on getting buildings up and running. It’s not always easy work, especially with how much the city is growing these days. We keep things pretty simple around here. There’s no big glass front or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paper. Most days we are out on sites or dealing with paperwork in the office. People in Pune know how the weather can get, so we just try to keep things moving along regardless of the rain. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work properly. Rambag Colony has a nice feel to it. It’s a decent place to work from. Sometimes we have tea at the local stall nearby. That’s just how we run things. Being an LLP means we keep it tight and personal. No huge overheads or fancy talk. We just build things and try to stay on schedule. It’s honest work for us. We've been in this part of Maharashtra for a bit now. We know the neighbors and they know us. The files are stacked a bit high sometimes, but we know where everything is. It's just a regular business where we put in the hours.
