Avemax Spaces Llp

Avemax Spaces Llp is based out of the Millenium Star building on D P Road. We’ve got a series of offices there, from number 1 to 5, which sounds like a lot but they are actually quite small and practical. We are right near the Ruby Hall Clinic, so there’s always an ambulance siren or people walking by. It’s a very busy part of the city. We chose this spot because it’s central, even if the parking on D P Road is a total nightmare most days. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us trying to keep track of different properties and spaces. We have desks covered in site plans and a lot of sticky notes everywhere. It’s not one of those modern, minimalist offices you see on the internet. It’s a bit cluttered and lived-in. We aren't corporate types; we’re just people who know the local property market. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for a place. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We don't have any big mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled right. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on things. We like being in the middle of all the action near the clinic and seeing the city move around us.
