AVANEESH PROJECTS CONTRACTORS LLP is based in Pune City. Our office is Flat 24 in Building B/6 of Indirashankar Nagari, which is located at S.No. 81/4B/1. We are essentially a contracting firm. Our daily life involves a lot of coordination between different sites and making sure our workers have what they need. The office in Indirashankar Nagari is where all the back-end stuff happens. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. It’s a functional space with desks and chairs and a lot of project files. We don’t really go in for big marketing slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We are contractors, so our job is about getting things built and keeping things on track. Pune is a busy place for construction, so there is always plenty of work to keep us occupied. We spend our mornings checking on progress and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork here at the office. The team is small but we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how to handle the daily grind. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in doing a solid job on the projects we take on. It’s a straightforward life. We show up, do what we promised, and go home. That is the way we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for us. We are just local contractors doing our part in the city.
