AVANEESH LAND INFRA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Avaneesh Land Infra (OPC) Private Limited is run out of Flat No. 24 in the B6 building. We are located at S.No. 81/4B/1 in Indirashankar Nagari, which is right in Kothrud. It’s more of a residential setup than a big glass office building. We like it that way because it’s quiet and we can actually focus on our work. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, and being tucked away in a colony makes for a better working day. We deal with land and infrastructure projects from this small home-office. It’s mostly just one person running the show here since it’s an OPC. There are files everywhere and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. I spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites across the city. When I’m in the office, I’m usually caught up in paperwork or checking on land records. The neighbors are used to people coming and going occasionally. It’s not the kind of place you’d find a big corporate sign out front. You just have to know which building is B6. It’s a straightforward way to do business without all the extra overhead of a commercial plaza. I’ve been in this area for a long time and know the local market pretty well. It’s a simple life, just working through the daily tasks and planning the next steps for the business. I don't mind the quiet pace here.
