Avakrayh Infra Private Limited is based in Unit No. 202 at Cyber City. We are in Tower S4 within the Magarpatta City area of Hadapsar, Pune. Being in Magarpatta City means we are surrounded by a lot of tech companies and big buildings. It’s a very modern part of Pune compared to the old city. Our office in Tower S4 is where we handle all our infrastructure business. It’s on the second floor, unit 202. The security at the gate of Magarpatta can be a bit strict, so it takes a minute to get in and out sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and we like the convenience of the location. There are plenty of places to eat around Hadapsar, which is good for the team during lunch breaks. The office itself is pretty standard for a place in Cyber City. We have a few cabins and a main area where most of us sit. It gets pretty busy during the week with people coming in for meetings or just to drop off documents. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to stay productive. The air conditioning in Tower S4 works well, which is a relief during the Pune summers. Most of our day is spent looking at project plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a straightforward operation we run here. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on the work we do and people knowing where we are.
