Avai Infrastructures

We’ve been here at Elitegarden in Aundh for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot. Avai Infrastructures handles various construction and infrastructure jobs. It gets busy, honestly. Some days the office is a mess of papers and site maps, but we manage. We aren't a huge fancy firm with glass walls. It's just a regular office at C-2/11 where we try to keep things moving. People come in to discuss projects, and we just get to work. Most of our guys are out on the field anyway. The traffic in Aundh can be a pain during peak hours, so we usually start early. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures or things like that. If you come by, you'll see we're just focused on the actual building part. Sometimes things take longer than expected because of materials or weather, but that's how this business is. We try to be honest about what can be done. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets finished. If you need to find us, we're right there in the residential block area. It's a decent place to work from. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks we have on the plate. No big secrets here, just a lot of coordination and some long hours in the heat.
