Austin Buildcon Llp is located in Koregaon Park. We are in Business Square, specifically in Office No. 202. It’s on Lane No. 5, which is a pretty nice area of the city. We have Sr. No. 26 on the building documents. Koregaon Park is a lively place to have an office. There’s always something going on outside. We do building and construction work from this spot. Our office isn't overly fancy, despite the location. It’s just where we come to get our work sorted out and meet with the team. We have a few desks and a place to look at big drawings of projects. Most of our day is spent coordinating different jobs and making sure everything is on track. Being in Business Square is convenient because it’s a central point for us. We didn't want a huge, polished corporate space because that's not really our style. We’re more about getting our hands dirty on the job sites. Lane No. 5 is usually easy enough to find. We’ve been here for a while and enjoy being part of the local business community. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We just focus on the buildings we are working on. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with coffee in hand, looking over some paperwork or talking on the phone with a contractor. That’s just life here.
