AUM ARAHAM REALITIES LLP

AUM ARAHAM REALITIES LLP is situated at 725/B, More Niwas. We are on the 1st floor, which is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. Our office is in the Shivaji Nagar area, specifically near Deccan Gymkhana. It’s a well-known part of town with a lot going on. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit. The space isn't huge, but it fits our team just fine. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Shivaji Nagar is always buzzing with people and cars. Finding a place to park near More Niwas can be a real challenge, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw. We do property and reality work. It’s mostly just us making sure everything is in order and talking to people who walk in. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. We prefer to just stay busy with the tasks on our desks. The 1st floor gives us a good view of the street, which can be distracting sometimes when things get lively outside. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us making the decisions. We don't have any polished speeches prepared. We just tell it like it is. Being in the Deccan Gymkhana area feels like being in the heart of things. We just do our work, day in and day out.
