We have been running Augment Music Classes here in Ravet for a while now. It is a simple setup on the first floor of the building. It’s not a huge place, but we have managed to fit in a few rooms for the different instruments. Mostly, you’ll hear the piano or some guitar chords echoing down the hallway in the afternoons. It gets quite busy after school lets out. Kids come in with their backpacks and instrument cases, and sometimes the little waiting area gets a bit cramped. We have some old chairs for parents to sit on, but most of them just drop the kids off and run errands nearby. The stairs are a little steep, so you have to watch your step, especially if you’re carrying something heavy. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a small one to let people know they are in the right spot. The rooms aren't soundproof, so it can be a bit of a jumble of sounds when everyone is practicing at once. I guess that's just part of the charm of a local music school. There is a tea stall just down the road that serves pretty good chai, which is where I usually go during the short breaks. Parking is usually okay if you don't mind walking a bit. It is just a practical place where people come to learn their notes and have a bit of fun with music.
