Atharva Engineers and Industrial Project S LLP is based in Warje, Pune. Our office is No. 402 in the Wallstreet 24 building, which is right on the Mumbai Bangalore Highway. If you’ve ever driven past Warje on the highway, you know exactly where we are. It’s a very busy area with a lot of movement. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic, which never seems to stop. We focus on industrial projects and engineering work, so our office is usually full of technical manuals and blueprints. It’s a professional enough space, but it’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time traveling to different industrial zones for site visits. The highway location makes it easy to jump in the car and head towards Mumbai or further into Pune. Most of our team is out in the field during the day, so the office can be quiet until everyone comes back in the evening to compare notes. We’ve been in Warje for a while now and we’ve seen the Wallstreet 24 building become a hub for businesses like ours. We don't really do the whole marketing thing; we just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know in the industry. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the engineering problems as they come and try to stay ahead of the schedule.
