You can find At Home Furniture Showroom right next to Shoppers Stop on the Old Mumbai Pune Road in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a big building, so it’s hard to miss if you’re driving by. We have a lot of floor space filled with all sorts of things like sofas, beds, and dining tables. Because we’re on such a main road, it gets pretty busy, especially on the weekends when people are out shopping. The showroom is organized in a way that lets people walk through and see everything without being bothered too much. We don't really do the high-pressure sales thing. If someone wants to sit on a couch for twenty minutes to see if it’s comfortable, that’s fine with us. We get a lot of dust coming in from the road, so we’re constantly wiping things down. It’s a lot of work keeping a place this size looking decent. The staff here is pretty small, so sometimes we’re all busy at once and things get a bit hectic. We’ve seen a lot of families come through here looking for their first proper dining set or a bed for a new house. It’s interesting to see what people pick out. We just try to keep the stock moving and make sure the deliveries go out on time. It’s a straightforward business in a very busy part of town and we try to keep it simple for everyone.
