ASWAY INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Asway Industries Private Limited is located over in Baramati, which is a bit of a drive from Pune city. We are in the Abhimanu Apartment, specifically Flat No 3 on Plot No 10. The area around G.No.50 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a quieter place compared to the big city, which we actually prefer. We work on industrial stuff, mostly manufacturing parts or looking after production lines. Our office is inside a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We know the neighbors and they know us. Baramati has its own pace of life. It’s growing fast though, with new industries popping up every year. We try to keep up with the changes. Our team is small, mostly locals who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There is a lot of logistics involved in what we do, making sure materials arrive on time and products get shipped out. Sometimes we sit on the balcony during breaks and just watch the street. It’s a simple way of doing business. We aren't trying to change the world, just making sure our customers get what they asked for. That's enough for us to keep going every day in this apartment office.
