We are based in Baner at Astrix House, which is located at 270/1/23/1. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Mahableshwar Hotel, because we are right across the street from it. Baner has changed so much lately with all the new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. Our office is a fairly simple place where we keep all our files on local properties and land records. It’s a small team, so it’s usually pretty quiet unless a client is in. We have a few desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. There are always maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures on the coffee table. The parking area in front of the building is a bit small, so things can get a little tight in the afternoons. We have a water cooler that is the most popular spot in the office during the summer. The windows look out onto the street, so we see all the changes happening in the neighborhood day by day. We often go over to the Mahableshwar Hotel for tea or a quick bite when we have a break. It’s an unpretentious office where we just focus on the details of the local real estate. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. It’s just a normal place where we work hard and try to stay organized.
