Associated Engineeers

Associated Engineeers is based out of Rashmi House at 16 Sinhagad Road, right on Mount Road. It’s an old building, but it has everything we need to get our work done. We’ve been in this space for a good amount of time, so the walls are covered with old charts and notes from previous projects. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, though we do get into some serious technical discussions when a project is in the middle of a difficult phase. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us prefer comfortable clothes because we might end up working with equipment or looking at messy blueprints. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we collaborate. Mount Road is a familiar area for us, and we like being part of the local business community here. We don't have a flashy reception area; usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk. We focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try not to overthink things. Some days are slower, giving us a chance to organize the files, while other days are a complete whirlwind. We just take it as it comes. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we appreciate the people who have stuck with us over the years. We’re just a group of people doing engineering work. There is a small park nearby where some of the guys go to sit for lunch, just to get away from the blueprints for a bit.
