Asset Plus Properties Llp

Our office is over at White Square in Wakad. We are way up on the 6th floor, in office number 605. Asset Plus Properties Llp has been based here in Pune for a while now. Wakad is a busy area these days, very different from how it used to be a few years back. From the 6th floor, you can see quite a bit of the city moving around. It is a modern building, which is nice for a day's work. We handle a lot of property things for people across Pune. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the desks going through various files. It is not always exciting, but it is the work that needs doing. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about the local market and let them decide for themselves. Being in White Square makes it easy for people to visit because the building is well-known in the area. We have our own routine here. Morning coffee, checking the emails, and then seeing who comes by the office. The 411057 area code is home to a lot of growth lately, so there is always some new project to look at. We stay focused on the small details. People come to us because they want someone who knows the Wakad streets and the Pune property scene. We are just a team of regular people trying to do a good job. It keeps us busy.
