Our office is over at Shraddha House, which is CTS No 1206A 1, Plot No 887 A on Shirole Road. It’s just off J M Road in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. If you know Pune City, you know this is a pretty central location. ASR BUILTCON LLP is the name we use, and we’ve been operating out of this Maharashtra 411004 address for some time. Shivajinagar is always bustling, and Shirole Road is no exception. Our space in Shraddha House is where the team gathers every morning. It’s a regular office building, nothing too spectacular to look at from the outside. We have a few rooms where we keep our equipment and documents. The atmosphere is pretty low-key. We aren’t big on corporate rules or fancy titles. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get on with the day’s tasks. Being near JM Road is handy for getting lunch or meeting people, but it also means the parking can be a bit of a headache. We don't have a big mission statement or any promotional posters on the walls. It’s mostly just schedules and local maps. We like the central location because it makes it easier to get to different sites around Pune. It’s a practical, everyday sort of place. We keep things simple and honest here. That’s just the way we like to run things in this office while we get our work done.
