Our base is in Dattanagar, over in At Post Patas. Ask Ind Labour Services & Earth Movers Ltd. is a bit of a long name for what we do, but we’ve stuck with it. We handle a mix of labor supply and heavy machinery work. Most of our guys are from the local area and we’ve all been working together for quite a while. Patas is a decent place to be based, it gives us good access to the surrounding sites. We don't have a polished front office or anything like that. Usually, there’s a lot of shouting and the sound of engines when you come by. It’s a busy atmosphere. We focus on getting the right people to the right jobs. Sometimes it’s just manual labor, other times it’s the big earth movers. We’ve had our fair share of tough jobs where the ground was like rock or the rain turned everything to mud. We just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the crews busy. It's a lot of physical work and long hours under the sun. We’re just a bunch of regular workers trying to do a decent job for the folks who hire us. It's tough on the body but we are used to the grind by now. Every day brings a new challenge but we just keep moving forward.
