Ashti Ventures Mmr Private Limited

Our office is actually a flat, B2-502, in the Beryl building in Kharadi. It’s a bit of a different setup since it’s in a residential area, but it works for us. Ashti Ventures Mmr Private Limited is a small team and we don't need a huge commercial space to get our work done. We focus on ventures and projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and around Pune. Kharadi is a growing area, so there is always something happening nearby. Our day usually starts with a quick meeting in the living room area we turned into an office. We talk about the current sites and what needs to happen with the various contractors. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people are where they are supposed to be. We don't have a receptionist or fancy signage. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our laptops or on the phone. We prefer it this way because it keeps things simple and we can focus on the actual projects instead of managing a big office. Most of our work happens out on the field anyway, so this is just our home base for the paperwork. We handle things as they come and try to keep a steady pace. It’s just a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary extras that some companies have.
