We remember when there were way fewer buildings around here. Our office is a busy place. There are usually three or four of us cramped around the main table talking about the next venture. We do a bit of everything when it comes to property and development. Some days we are dealing with lawyers and other days we are talking to the guys digging the trenches. It is a lot to keep track of. Somnath Nagar is a good neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. We don't go for the corporate look. Our office has stacks of files and sometimes a few stray tools lying around. We have a lot of local people stopping by to ask about what is being built next. We tell them what we know. It is about being honest and showing up every day. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late, ordering food to the office. It is just the way we work.
