You can find our office up on the seventh floor of the Chordia Group building at Sr. No. 36/1/1. Ashdan Buildcon Private Limited is a team that handles various construction and building tasks around the area. Even though we’re on a higher floor in a bigger building, we try to keep things simple and down-to-earth. We aren't big on corporate jargon or long, pointless meetings that don't get anything done. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting sites to see how the actual work is coming along. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure the supplies are there and the workers know what they’re doing for the day. Construction in this region has its own set of challenges, from the heat to the logistics of getting things delivered on time through the traffic. We just take it as it comes. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or a fancy brochure. We just focus on the drawings and the bricks. It’s a tiring job sometimes, and the paperwork can get a bit overwhelming at the end of the month, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we know the local landscape pretty well. If you come by the office, you’ll see we’re mostly focused on the maps and the schedules. We try to be honest about how long things take. It’s just a regular business.
