ASG CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated on Bund Garden Road. We actually take up quite a bit of space in the San Mahu Complex, occupying Shop Numbers 3 through 9. Having several shop fronts in a row makes it easy for people to spot us when they are walking through the complex. It is a busy commercial area, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and people popping in and out of the various stores. Our space is more of a ground-level setup rather than being hidden away in a high-rise. We like being accessible like this. Inside, the layout is a bit spread out because it was originally separate shop units. We have different sections for different parts of our work. It is not a sleek, unified corporate headquarters. It feels more like a local workshop or a busy hub. The Bund Garden Road area is one of the more active parts of the city, so there is never a dull moment. We have the usual office sounds—phones ringing, people talking, and the hum of the air conditioning. We don't go in for any fancy marketing displays in our windows. We just use the space to get our construction projects organized. It is a practical, lived-in office that suits the way we work. We are just local people doing our jobs in a familiar complex. We handle the paperwork and meetings right here behind the shop fronts.
