Aryanav Infraholdings Pkg-I Private Limited

We are located at Plot No. 536 in the Shindh Co-Op Housing Society in Aundh. Aundh is one of those places in Pune that has changed a lot over the years. Our office for Aryanav Infraholdings Pkg-I Private Limited is right there in the society grounds. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet, which is good for getting work done. We work on infrastructure holdings. It’s a lot of administrative stuff and managing different project packages. We aren't a public-facing shop where people walk in all the time. It’s more of a home-base for our operations. We spend our time looking at contracts and making sure the infra projects we are involved in are moving. The society is well-kept, and we’ve been here for a while. We don't have big signs or flashy lights outside. We just have our office where we keep our files and computers. Most of our team is local to Pune. We understand how the city is expanding. Our work isn't very glamorous. It’s mostly about the details and making sure everything is legal and on schedule. We don't use any marketing tricks or fancy language. We just handle our business from this spot in Aundh. It works for us. We like the area and the people around here. It’s a solid place to be based for the long term. There’s always plenty of work to keep us busy throughout the week.
