Arvesh Medicine House

Arvesh Medicine House is up on the first floor of the Metropole building. We are right opposite Maher Hospital near Dange Chowk in Thergaon. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up some stairs but it's not too bad. We stay busy because the hospital is right there across the street. We stock a lot of different medicines that people need when they leave the doctor’s office. It’s mostly just me and a few staff members making sure everything is on the shelves. Dange Chowk is a really hectic area with all the traffic and people moving around. We opened up here because we saw that people needed a reliable place to get their prescriptions filled without having to travel too far. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything, just this shop in the Metropole. Sometimes we run out of things but we try to order them quickly. Our customers are mostly locals from Thergaon or families coming from the hospital. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for everything, just the basics to keep track of what we have. It’s hard work being on your feet all day but it feels good to see the same customers coming back. We just try to get the right medicine to the right person.
