Artem Haus LLP

Artem Haus LLP is located over in Pune, specifically at Royal Entrada. We are in flat B705. If you know the Bhumkar Wasti area, you know it’s been developing really fast lately. Our office is basically inside this residential-commercial complex. It’s a decent spot with a good view from the seventh floor, though we spend most of our time looking at screens and drawings. Pune City is a big place, but being in the 411057 area keeps us close to a lot of the newer construction happening on this side of town. The building is easy to spot from the main road. We don’t have a massive crew, just a few of us handling the LLP’s work. It’s a bit of a mix here between people living their lives and small businesses like ours running from the apartments. We chose Royal Entrada because it felt central enough for our needs. Sometimes the lifts are slow, but that’s just how it is in big buildings. We don’t do much fancy marketing or have a big storefront. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address in Bhumkar Wasti. It’s a practical space where we get things done. We’ve been here for a bit and have watched the shops downstairs change over time. It’s a lively neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us. This is where we stay busy every day.
