Our office is at 940/2 Timmana Niwas in Model Colony. It’s a nice enough area, fairly close to the Deccan Education Society and Dnyaneshwar Paduka Chowk. Ars Solartech is based in this building, which has that older Pune feel to it. The streets around here are lined with trees, so it’s actually a pleasant place to walk around during a break. We are located near the Model Colony area, which is usually quite busy with students and people heading to the various shops and offices. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the inside, just a regular office where we do our planning and paperwork. We’ve been here for a while, so we’ve gathered quite a bit of clutter over the years. There’s always someone brewing tea in the small pantry, and the smell usually drifts through the whole place. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building number. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for when we’re all debating over a project design. We like the fact that it’s not in a sterile glass building. It feels more like a real part of the neighborhood. People here just get on with their jobs without much fuss or corporate talk. It’s a comfortable, practical spot for the team.
