Arr Lifespace is located at Shop No 4, near the Agarwal Business Center in Nigdi. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the Pradhikaran area. We focus on real estate and living spaces around here. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or invest in. It’s a lot of walking around and showing properties, sometimes in the heat or the rain. We aren't a huge agency, so you usually end up talking to one of the owners directly. We like it that way because things don't get lost in translation. We’ve seen the Nigdi area change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. Our shop is small but it gets the job done. We have a lot of files on our desks and maps on the walls. It’s not a polished corporate office with fancy furniture. It feels more like a local hangout where people come to get advice on property. We try to be straight with people about what a place is worth and what the problems might be. Sometimes a deal falls through at the last minute because of paperwork issues, and we have to start all over again. That's just part of the real estate life. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the streets and the buildings pretty well. We’re just here doing our thing and helping people find their way.
