AROSE PROJECTS LLP is based in Pune City, specifically on the 8th floor of the Chordia G building. The office number is 802, and it’s located at Sr. No. 36/1/1. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly just more buildings and traffic. We focus on various projects around Maharashtra. It’s a lot of planning and coordination. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on their mobiles. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations. Most of the space is taken up by rolls of drawings and stacks of invoices. It’s a functional space for a functional business. We deal with the day-to-day realities of project management and execution. Sometimes that means dealing with delays or fixing mistakes on the fly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s accessible for our staff and the people we work with. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there; we just want to handle our projects properly. Usually, someone is making tea and there’s a lot of talk about timelines and costs. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the task at hand. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the work. That’s just our way of doing things and it works for us.
