Arma Landmark Llp

We are Arma Landmark Llp. You can find us over at Amar Neptune on the fourth floor. It’s right behind the Big Bazaar in Baner, which makes it pretty easy to explain to people when they ask where we are located. Being near a big landmark like that helps a lot with directions. Our office is number 401. We spend our days dealing with land and building projects. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Baner is such a busy area now, so there’s always noise and something going on outside. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of grey filing cabinets. We aren't the type to have a big flashy sign on the road. We just get on with the work inside. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over old site plans. It’s a practical sort of business. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We see a lot of people coming and going because of the shops nearby. It’s a convenient location for us and the people we deal with. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We prefer just keeping things relaxed and getting the job done.
