Ark Sai Construction And Engineeringworks Private Limited is located in Motiram Nagar, right near the Cipla factory in Warje Malwadi. We are in flat B1/33. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole name, so we usually just go by Ark Sai. Pune is where we’ve always been, and Warje is a good spot for us because it’s close to the highway. We do a mix of construction and engineering work, depending on what the clients need. Our office is inside a residential building, which keeps things low-key. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most of our time is spent out on different sites across Pune, looking at foundations or checking on steelwork. It can get pretty chaotic trying to manage multiple things at once, but we've got a rhythm down. We aren't a huge firm, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at a drawing, and the next I'm picking up supplies because the truck didn't show up. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy. We try to be fair with people and just get the projects finished without too much drama. We've seen a lot of growth in this part of Pune lately, and it's kept us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we eventually get through it all when the sun goes down.
