You can find us at Harshavardhan Apartment in Sahakarnagar No. 2. We are in Flat 3 on the third floor of the building, which sits on Plot 87. This is over in the Tulshibagwale Colony area, a place that feels a bit more like old Pune compared to the newer parts. Our company handles assets and we have been based out of this S No 89/90/91/2 location for some time. It is a quiet residential neighborhood mostly, so it's a nice change from the loud main roads. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us working together to manage the properties and assets we have on our books. Usually, the day starts with checking emails and then maybe heading out to look at a site or meet a client. We don't put up big billboards or anything. Most people who work with us live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of folders. We deal with the usual paperwork that comes with asset management in Maharashtra. It can be tedious with the legal stuff and the local regulations, but we know the process. We like being in Sahakarnagar because it’s central and easy for us to get around. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized throughout the week. It's a modest operation, but it keeps us busy enough.
