Arcon Promoters Llp is based in Baramati, which is in the Pune district. Our office is in a building called Vishwa Empire. We are specifically in Flat 19. The building is located on Bhigwan Road, which is one of the main roads around here. Baramati is a busy town, and Bhigwan Road always has something going on. We chose this spot because it is central for our work as promoters. The office isn't anything over the top. It is just a functional space in Vishwa Empire where we handle our daily tasks. We have our desks and chairs and a place for people to sit when they come to talk to us about projects. Being in a flat on an upper floor means we are a bit away from the direct noise of the street, but you can still hear the town buzzing. We are a small team and we don't really go for the corporate look. We just wear regular clothes and get our work done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. We have been in the Baramati area for quite some time now. We know the local geography and the people here. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep our interactions honest and simple. That is just how we do things at our Bhigwan Road office. It might not look like much, but it's where we work.
