We’re over here at Savali Apartment in Chinchwad, specifically in Flat No 04, E Type D. It’s a quiet spot in Premlokpark and that’s where most of the work happens for Archivista Engineering Projects. Honestly, it’s just a regular apartment turned into an office space where we handle all the engineering stuff that comes our way. The Pune traffic can be a real headache some days, but being based in 411033 makes it manageable for the local projects we take on. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking through technical details. It isn't always glamorous, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and rolls of drawings. We try to keep things moving though. Someone is usually running out to a site or checking on a delivery while others stay back to deal with the paperwork side of the engineering projects. It’s just us doing the job every day. The neighbors in the building are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit now and know the local area quite well. Sometimes the tea lady comes by, and we take a quick break before getting back into the heavy calculations or project planning. It’s practical work. We don’t have fancy lobby areas or big reception desks here. Just desks, computers, and people trying to make sure the engineering side of things goes right for the projects we are handling currently.
