Arch Royale Infraconstruction Private Limited

Arch Royale Infraconstruction is based in Pune. We have an office on the 6th floor of the Pride Purpleaccord Building. It’s on Baner Road, which is a pretty well-known stretch in the Baner area. We occupy units 601 and 602. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our computer screens or stacks of papers. The office is usually quite busy. We have a few people working on designs and others managing the construction sites. Baner is growing fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We handle the infraconstruction side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. We don't have a flashy entrance or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace for people who actually do the work. We get a lot of noise from the road downstairs, but that’s Pune for you. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on project status. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. If a project is behind, we admit it and try to fix it. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a convenient spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current projects.
