Aradhya Pashu Aahar Private Limited is run from Hno 265 in Jawale. This is out in the Ambegaon area near Manchar. It is a quiet place but we stay busy with the animal feed business. Farmers around Pune know where to find us. Mostly, we focus on what the local livestock needs to eat. Hard work goes into getting the right mix ready. A lot of time is spent at the facility making sure everything is moving. The weather affects how we work some days. Since we are in the 411214 area, many local folks come by. This started because there was a need in our village. It isn't a big corporate setup. Just some people who know about cattle and feed are working here. Conversations with farmers happen every day. They tell us what’s happening with their animals. Listening helps us keep the bags ready for them. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves. That is just part of the job. Being in Maharashtra, especially this part of Pune, means dealing with different seasons. Supplies are kept stocked up as much as we can. It gets dusty and loud sometimes. But we like it here. Big advertising isn't something we do. People just find out about us from their neighbors. That works fine. Our heads stay down and we just work.
