Our spot is over in Manaji Nagar in Pune. If you know S No 48/1, that is exactly where Apmot Infrastructure is located. We are in Flat Number 01. It is actually at Nanda Dattatray Walhekar’s place, so it feels more like a home office than those big glass buildings you see in the city center. Pune is growing so fast and being in the infrastructure side of things means we are always seeing new stuff going up. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or out at sites checking on how things are going. The 411041 area code is a busy one these days. People stop by and we have tea and talk about projects. It is pretty informal. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. It is just us working on the plans and making sure the infra stuff gets handled properly. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get around but we manage. We have got our files stacked up and the phone rings more than we would like some days. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the work that needs doing right here in the local area. There is always some new road or building being talked about nearby. We just keep our heads down and do our bit from our little office in Manaji Nagar. It is just regular work for us.
