We are over here in Shanivar Peth, at Anant Vihar. It’s a busy part of town but we like it that way. The office is in Flat B 3 F 2. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters for folks around here. People know the address S No 850 usually. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the daily work done. We’ve been at Apb Properties Llp for a bit now. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to people who walk in off the street. Shanivar Peth has that old city feel which makes working here quite interesting. You get all kinds of people coming by. We don’t really do big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. The building, Anant Vihar, is easy enough to find if you know these lanes. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but that is just how it is in this part of Pune. We focus on the practical side of property deals. Nothing too complicated, just making sure everything is handled the right way. If someone needs help with a flat or some land, they come up to the second floor. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside. We keep things pretty simple here. No big corporate meetings. Just us working through the list. It feels right.
