ANUPANK BUILDCON AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is our official name, but mostly people just stop by because they know where we are. It’s a convenient location right behind the hardware store, which helps when we need to grab something last minute. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building and construction. It’s not a large operation, just a handful of us making sure things get done right. The office is usually cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of pipe. We don’t really mind the mess, it shows we’re working. We aren't into the whole marketing thing, we just rely on people seeing our work around the neighborhood. It’s simple English and simple work. We stay busy with local houses and small commercial projects. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or a delivery is late, but we make it work somehow. That’s just the reality of the business. We like being in Awdhoot Nagar. It’s a good community and we know most of the people who walk past our door. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living by building things that stay standing. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar and the day ahead of us without overcomplicating things.
