Anubha Realtees (Opc) Private Limited

We’re located in Pimpri, Pune, at a place called Morning Glory. It’s in the G Wing, Flat No 203, in S T Nagar. The area is quite well known around Pimpri, so it's not hard to find. Anubha Realtees (Opc) Private Limited is the name we go by. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a tight-knit operation run out of this second-floor flat. We don't have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. Usually, it's just a couple of us working through real estate details and keeping track of various properties. S T Nagar is a decent area to be in, and Morning Glory is a nice enough building. The flat is a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but it does the job. We have our computers and a small table for when people come over to talk. Pimpri has its own busy vibe, very different from the main Pune city, and we like being right in the middle of it. We don’t bother with corporate slogans or anything like that. We just do our work and try to stay organized. Most of our days are spent on calls or visiting sites, and this flat is where we come back to do the administrative side of things. It’s a basic, functional space that serves its purpose for our realty business. We keep things honest and straightforward without any of the extra talk.
