Anshul Builders & Developers LLP is located right in the heart of Pune on Ghole Road. Our office is up on the fifth floor of the Karan Tej-Bonita building, unit 501. It’s a busy area near Shivajinagar, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We spend most of our time dealing with building plans and talking to folks about their new homes. Being in Pune means things move fast, but we try to keep it steady. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The address is 1187/16, Final Plot 549/15 if you’re looking for the exact place. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. Building stuff in the city has its challenges, like permits and space issues, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just regular people who know the construction business. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Sometimes things get a bit messy with paperwork, but we get through it. We like being centrally located because it makes meeting people easier. There isn't any big secret to what we do; we just show up and handle the building work as it comes. It's a living, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We have been here for years and plan to stay.
